Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have established the following return, credit, and refund policy to assure that we have a fair way to resolve any type of customer dissatisfaction.

No return items can be accepted by TaylormadeBrand.com unless they are labeled with a pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, send an e-mail to the our at service@taylormadebrand.com providing the following information.

1.Date of purchase.
2.Tracking number.
3.Description of the problem with the product.
4.Description of the present condition of the product and packing materials.
5.A telephone number where you may be reached if we have additional questions.
6.Address to which a replacement should be sent.

Some items may not be returned if used and the sealed package has been opened. Defective units can and will be replaced, but some items cannot be returned if you are dissatisfied with their effectiveness.

If a product qualifies for return, an RMA number will be promptly issued by return e-mail.

You should then ship the product prepaid to us at an address that will be provided with the RMA authorization.

Replacement, credit, or refund will be promptly issued according to the following guidelines:

Products with defects in material or workmanship are replaced without charge if the defect is reported within 30 days of the original purchase. We pre-pay the cost of shipping on the replacement product.

The product should be returned in the original box with all original packing materials. TaylormadeBrand.com reserves the right not to accept items that are returned in a condition that does not permit restocking and/or re-sale. Such items will not receive a credit and will be returned to you at your expense or donated in your name to a charity.
In addition to the above return policies, we will pass on to you any manufacturer sponsored return policies which exceed the above standard terms and conditions. Any additional return options shall be fully described in the RMA authorization e-mail. No product may be returned to us for full or partial refund after 30 days after original purchase unless it qualifies for a manufacturer sponsored return procedure.
