Q: Once we place an order with you, what is your time frame on shipping the order out and receiving it?

A: 1) if we receive order in the morning, we can get ready to send in the afternoon, and will send out as soon as we confirm payment. 2) if we receive order in the afternoon or night, we can get it ready to send next day, and will send out as soon as we confirm payment. It usually takes 5~7 days to receive.
However, there is still unlikely exceptions that we may lack of goods,which leads to late delivery. If such kinds of situation happens, we will inform you at once and arrange to deliver as soon as possible. 

 

Q: Why your prices are much lower than other websites? Are your products are real?

A: We are an Authorized Internet Retailer of only new equipment from all the name-brand manufacturers including Callaway, TaylorMade, Clevelend, Titleist, Ping, Mizuno, Odyssey, Nike, etc… We do not sell questionable “copy cat” clubs, but we do carry a variety of quality starter and intermediate sets as well for you golfers just starting out.

 

Q: When should I remit the payable amount? Shall I wait for your confirmation of order?

A: You can remit after we confirmed of your order and reply you of the total payable amout. And then deliver the goods as soon as we confirm of your payment. Your order could be kept for only two days, because the quantity of these goods are not offered unlimited,and the hot products may be sold out quickly. 

 

Q: Our company is a store on the web. Can we use your pictures?

A: Any company that use our pictures without permission will be sued.

 

Q: Are we able to have items dropped shipped if we made a sale of a item we did not have in our inventory and did not want to stock?

A: We do drop-ship. We can send order directly to your customer, and won’t leave any of our information.

 

Q: May I order 1 or 2 sample clubs before team buy?

A: Yes, you are welcome to order one clubs to check about the quality and delivery time.

 

Q: Will you be offering other brands in the future?

A: Yes, we may add new brands of clubs to our website in the future depending on the availability of brands from our supplier.

 

Q: It has been 3 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?

A: Depending on which style of club you ordered, it may have to be custom made, as some clubs are made to order. Some of the more clubs can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. As soon as your club is shipped out, you will be notified of it in your Members Section. The status of your club will indicate as "Shipped".

 

Q: What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?

A: If your club is damaged or missing contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another club out to you once we receive back the damaged one.

 

Q: How much do I have to pay if you reship the product? Do I have to pay for it again?

A: We will reship the product back to you free of charge and we will not charge you a second time.
